About the sequence of the sessions
Tension in the back does not appear overnight, it accumulates over the years. A flight, an uncomfortable pillow or a race are the last drops in the existed dynamic.
As a car, our body perform very well for the first few years, but as time passes, it requires more maintenance.
Mostly, there is a silent permission when we take advantage of it, pushing more and abusing longer.
Until it is not silent anymore.
As an any other approcah to self-care: physio, chiro, exercises, stretching, vitamins, face mask, psychologist, etc, the massage can be done once
for the instant relieve (and even solving a problem),
and it can be done regularly for the lasting effect (to prevent "a problem").
The psycho-emotional state, mood, nervous system function, and well-being are turning into a rebalance.
There is a butterfly effect - one system is getting better, the rest of them are responding in a same manner, the overwhelm is crowling away while the restoring process is activated.
