HOW TO APPROACH BODY AFTER TREATMENT?

24 hours after massage you shouldn't have another sports massage (or exercise routine) becouse your muscles still in a recovery mode. Massage after an event should be performed within few hours after the event otherwise you can take recovery time (2-3 days rest) and then apply sports massage.
